Greetings for the day!

Hope you all celebrated the festive season of Diwali with great fervor.

Developers, Buyers and large number of Farmers, have welcomed the recent Allahabad High Court judgment.

We wish to inform all Gulshan I homz customers that the judgment by the Allahabad High court does not cover our existing I homz land at Shahberi village. We shall however very soon be offering the new project in Noida Extension to our loyal customers.

The Greater Noida Authority is in the process of giving clearance to the builders where Allahabad High Court has cleared the land.

Meanwhile we are working on the plans for the new project and shall be sharing the same once cleared by Greater Noida Authority.
